How to meaure my dog?

We have information and diaagram on the size guide page. There are 5 easy steps on measuring your dog, firstly have your dog calm and standing up straight. ( I would advice you to have someone on stand by with your dogs favorate treats). An extra pair of hands is also helpful to take photos of you meauring so you can send them in to us, this way we can get a better idea on your dogs shape and size.



Do you have different fabics for a style?

We have an array of different fabrics in many colours, just let us know what you are looking for. We can then send you photos to choose from. Most of the fabrics are unisex.



Can I personalise a garment?

Happy to help deisgn something special, just let us know your idea's? We can only embroidery or print onto certain fabrics. Unfortunately we cannot refund or replace a personalised orders unless its our mistake.



What if I buy the wrong size?

We take care in making sure we have correct measurements at the time of ordering. If you are purchasing a coat or jacket we would ask to see photos of your dog and if possible of you measuring with the tape in clear view. If we have any quiries on any of the meaurements will will be in touch. Should you need assistance we would be happy to help in any way.



How do I wash my garments?

Each garment will come with complete instructions on after care.



What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide at an additonal cost.



What are delivery costs?
