Customer Care

The customer service continues even after you have purchased your dog wear with AG doggie fashion corner.  If a product is faulty or breaks (even if it’s your fault) during this time you can simply contact us, were we will happy to advice on repair. if we agree it's our fault we will give you a full refund or offer you an exchange.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged / defective item, please let us know as soon as possible with the order number and the product condition / reason for return within 24 hours of receipt.
Damaged / defective items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the returns authorization number. After we receive the product, we will examine and test the defect of the item(s) if applicable.
We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only up to the value of the original delivery charge. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery.
If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item may be shipped back to you
