Customer Care

The customer service continues even after you have purchased your dog wear with AG Dog Fashion.  If a product is faulty or breaks you can simply contact us, where we will be happy to advise on repair. if we agree it's an issue on our part we will give you a full refund or offer you an exchange.

Damage Or Defected Items

If you receive a damaged / defective item, let us know as soon as possible. Please provide the order number and the reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged / defective items delivered must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the returns order number. After we receive the product, we will examine and test the issue.
If the item is deemed faulty and we have stock available a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Any Made to measure item/s that are deemed to be faulty will be checked on return and we will contact you regarding a replacement or refund.
